Order Will leave warehouse in 24 hours.We offer 20$  fee for all products. If you choose UPS or Fedex, extra $9.99 needed for shipping faster. You can choose shipping your purchased items to the billing address or different address on the Billing Information Page. If the shipping address is different from your billing address, you will have to write a new address on Shipping Information page. It usually takes 3-5 days for the products to arrive at your address. For Customized items, it may take one extra week for customizing.

If you would like to return an item or make an exchange, please email us at nfljerseysuppliers@gmail.com and the return address to which the item should be sent. All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

• All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt and be made within 30 days of the date of purchase
• All sales are final on any sale and/or promotional item
• Mitchell & Ness Shop will not accept returns or exchanges if:
  • The item has obviously been worn
  • Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
  • Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
  • Alterations or modifications of any kind
  • Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged
  • Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged
• No shipping costs will be refunded for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of item(s) back to the designated warehouse/address listed on the customer's packing list. The customer is NOT responsible for the re-shipment costs associated with the replacement item(s) back to them, M&N will incur those costs on behalf of the customer.
